Executive Function Coaching for Teens & College Students
Grow & Bloom is a weekly executive function coaching program designed for middle school, high school, and college students. The program helps students build the organization, planning, study, and self-regulation skills they need to manage school with greater independence and less stress.
What Students Learn
Weekly sessions focus on practical, personalized strategies, such as:
- Homework and materials organization
- Planning and breaking down long-term projects
- Study skills and creating realistic task lists
- Self-regulation and coping strategies for stress and overwhelm
- Problem-solving and flexible thinking skills
- Effective note-taking strategies
- Exam preparation and test-taking confidence
These skills support students not just in school, but in their everyday routines and long-term goals.

Registration – $299
(Non-Refundable)
The registration fee includes:
- A personalized Plan of Support tailored to your student’s unique needs
- Up to 1 hour of review of school records and/or assessment documents
- Up to 1 hour of consultation with school staff and/or outside providers to support collaboration

Weekly Coaching Sessions
$150 per Session
Program details:
- Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
- Minimum 12-session commitment
- Up to 45 minutes per session, including preparation and planning time
- Sessions held online at a consistent weekly day and time
- In-person sessions available in select Chicagoland locations

Family Involvement
Parents and caregivers are important partners in the coaching process. Family involvement includes:
- Weekly updates or check-ins via phone, email, or text
- A minimum of one Family Team Meeting
- Additional meetings scheduled as needed
- Optional 1:1 coaching for parents/guardians on how to support your child’s learning at home (offered as an additional service)
